Didascalie Studio offers event planning, consultancy, and creative production services. Each project is reviewed individually, and services are rendered only upon mutual agreement. We reserve the right to subcontract any collaborators, providers, or partners we deem fit to carry out the services required. Unless otherwise agreed in writing with the client, a member of the Didascalie Studio team will be present during the execution of the event. We reserve the right to accept or decline any project or collaboration at our discretion, without obligation to provide justification.

All initial inquiries must be made via email to: mathilde@didascaliestudio.com. Following first contact, we provide a personalised quote including estimated rates and services. If the client agrees to the proposal, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50%, along with any approved additional costs or extras incurred, will be due after the event. Failure to complete payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

If a client chooses to cancel a confirmed event or service, the following policy applies:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the scheduled event: The client will be refunded 50% of the initial deposit (i.e., 25% of the total amount).

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event: The initial deposit (50% of the total) is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event: The client remains liable for the full amount, including any additional costs already incurred.

In the rare case that Didascalie Studio must cancel services (e.g., due to force majeure or exceptional circumstances), the client will be refunded the deposit in full. We will always strive to find solutions or alternatives in such situations.

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, design elements, and logos — is the property of Didascalie Studio unless otherwise stated. No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain. Any disputes or legal matters will be handled by the competent courts in the jurisdiction where Didascalie Studio is registered (Formentera, Spain).​
